A Relaxing Getaway with Great Service

I stayed for two nights in a spacious Standard Twin Room. The room was spotless, and the staff truly cared about guests' comfort. I enjoyed the delightful buffet with diverse dinner options. For future guests, be mindful of the limited parking and one-way streets during busy times.

Had a blast with friends! We visited Twycross Zoo and Cadbury World, both just a short drive away. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was fantastic. Great for groups, especially with plenty of power points for charging devices.

One morning, the WiFi was pretty spotty near my room, which was frustrating when trying to connect for plans.

Decent room size with a comfortable setup for families. Plenty of space devoted to parking, though there’s a nominal fee attached, so just be aware.

Heating up the shower took a noticeable amount of time, which can be frustrating if you're in a hurry. The bathroom could use attention—there's a crack in the sink and a temperamental shower, which isn’t ideal. only two cups and towels for three guests felt like a bit of an oversight. It would have been helpful to have local information, like bus schedules or nearby attractions, in the room as well.

This hotel is just a short drive to Drayton Manor Theme Park, which the kids adored! The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay.

i had a great experience at this hotel. my last stay in coventry was decent, but this time exceeded my expectations, especially with the spacious, clean room and excellent staff service. the breakfast offered a nice selection of fresh fruits and cooked options.

had an amazin stay with my family. the staff were super friendly and really helpful, made us feel welcome. the room was comfy and clean, just the phone didn't work. overall, i was very happy with everything and will def be back again!

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the warm welcome from the staff and the comfortable room that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The proximity to Allesley Park, which is almost 2 km away and perfect for a leisurely walk, was fantastic.

Location works well, just a short walk into Coventry city center. My room felt spacious, clean, and had a decent layout. Liked the straightforward check-in process. it was quick with no hassles. The staff were very friendly, always ready to help out when needed. The bar area felt a bit lacking, not very inviting. Meals from the bar were average. Ordered a burger, it tasted dry and wasn’t very satisfying. Breakfast had limited options, didn't blow me away, but it was okay. Noticed noise from the main road outside. it could get a bit intrusive at times, especially with the window open. The bathroom needed a better refresh. some fixtures felt dated. Good Wi-Fi connection though, which I appreciated for work purposes.

Had a wonderful one-night stay! The Business Double Room was cozy and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. For breakfast, I recommend the fresh pastries, which were a delightful start to the day. Parking is £5 a day, so plan ahead for that!
