A Relaxing Getaway with Great Service

I stayed for two nights in a spacious Standard Twin Room. The room was super clean, and the staff cared about guests' comfort. I enjoyed the good buffet with diverse dinner options. For future guests, be mindful of the limited parking and one-way streets during busy times.

Everything was really good and the rooms were a nice size and good value for money. The facilities were very nice and the breakfast was large with Natural yoghurt, the nuts plus hot options.

It was airy, relaxing and with a very comfortable bed. Everywhere there was clean. The accommodation had a central location to the arena.

Had a blast with friends! We visited Twycross Zoo and Cadbury World, both just a short drive away. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was fantastic. Great for groups, especially with plenty of power points for charging devices.

One morning, the WiFi was pretty spotty near my room, frustrating when trying to connect for plans.

Decent room size with a comfortable setup for families. Plenty of space devoted to parking, though there's a nominal fee attached, so just be aware.

Heating up the shower took a noticeable amount of time, which can be frustrating if you're in a hurry. The bathroom could use attention-there's a crack in the sink and a temperamental shower, which isn't ideal. Only two cups and towels for three guests was like a bit of an oversight. It would have been helpful to have local information, like bus schedules or nearby attractions, in the room as well.

This hotel is just a short drive to Drayton Manor Theme Park, which the kids adored! The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed .

My children wanted a better breakfast deal for families.
